It is important that our clients are 100% happy when deciding to choose 'The Ever Kings' for their next event. Below are some FAQS which will answer any questions you may have. If the answers to your question are not below, please email us directly.


Where are you based and how far will you travel?

This band are based in Somerset, South West, UK and are happy to travel all over the UK and abroad!


How long does the band perform?

The band will perform the following sets:


1 x 60 minute

2 x 45 minute sets

or 1 x 90 minute set


What happens between your sets? Can you play music?

We have a variety of options available, these have been designed to suit all types of events and budgets.


Option One: DJ Playlist & background music

Playing a pre-mixed disco event playlist of floor filling song through the bands PA system, this option

does not allow for requests or customisation.


Option Two: DJ Service

We can provide a full DJ service to run alongside the band, taking requests throughout the evening

whilst the band is not playing live.

Option Three: Full DJ service with Professional DJ

We work with a professional Wedding and Event Disco company who provide the ulitmate Wedding/Event disco

for your event, this will run alongside our live sets. You can submit custom playlists in advance and requests can

be taken during the event.


The above packages are designed to save you time and money! The band are more than happy to perform

alongside a DJ or Disco which you have booked seperately for your event.


How much space do the band need?

The band require an area of 5m (w) x 4m (d) in order for the band to perform and approx. 90 minutes to set up and sound check;

Depending on the band line up you have booked.


Adequate electrical supply, i.e. a minimum of 4 standard 3 pin, 13 amp power sockets near the performance area that are independent, i.e. NOT shared with catering, disco, etc. This should save overloading any circuits!


A lockable room to wait and change in.


What do the band members wear?

The band will always dress appropriately depending on the type of event.

For example Weddings & Corporate events they will wear smart attire. They will always make the effort to dress up for any themed/fancy dress events, please ensure the band are made aware of specific dress codes or themes when booking.


Can I pick the bands setlist?

The band have developed a setlist which works for all types of Weddings and Events, ensuring there is something for

every age group. The setlist provides upbeat songs and with their high energy performance the party atmosphere

will soon be in full swing. The band offer a 'First Dance' request service and will take requests where possible.


Rest assured you will be in for a great night of live entertainment, with a band who are experienced and professional.


Can you provide microphones for speeches?

Yes, the band are happy for you to use microphones for speeches throughout the evening.

Please note: If you require the band to set up early for this reason, an additional fee may apply for early set up.


We do not allow any members of the audience at the event on stage during the performance.


How do we book the band?

To secure the band for your Wedding or event, simple submit an online booking request. A member of the band will reply to confirm

that the band are available, they will request full details of the event, timings and important details. A contract will be sent for you

to complete and sign. Return your contract with the required deposit and your booking is confirmed.


The Ever Kings offer flexible payment terms where you can choose to pay by installments to spread the cost.

The final balance must be paid within 14 days of the event. Our flexible terms do not require a credit check.


To ensure every client is 100% satisfied, regular contact, telephone conversations with the client and venue are all included within the booking costs. Making sure that everything is covered and taken care of before the day of your event.


Do you have Insurance?

Safety comes first!


The band have full PLI certificates and all of their equipment is PAT tested.


How much do you charge?

The Ever Kings endeavour to be as flexible as possible to suit your requirements.


Our musicians are professional, reliable and have many years of experience in the Wedding and events industry providing premium quality live entertainment. They offer a range of line ups to suit every budget.


What happens if the band are ill?

The Ever Kings are always covered.


Importantly the band have various 'professional' dep musicians and vocalists, used in the very unlikely

event that a member of the band is ill.


Who provides the PA & Lights

The Ever Kings travel as standard with:

Full PA system

Stage/Band Lighting

Dancefloor/Disco LED effect Lighting (when booking DJ service)


On Request:


Starlit Backdrop - 8m x 4m (require hanging points)


The bands PA and lighting is of the highest touring quality for all types of venues and events.

Line up options for The Ever Kings:


5 piece band - 1x Lead Male Vocals, Drums, Bass, Lead Guitar & Keys.


7 piece band - 1 x Lead Male Vocals, 2 x Female Backing Vocals, Drums, Bass, Lead Guitar & Keys. 


10 piece band - 1 x Lead Male Vocals, 2 x Female Backing Vocals, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Keys & 3 x brass.


The 7 and 10 piece band are recommended only for large venues and events.
